We produce our traditional gingerbread in a small family business in the heart of Nuremberg. In contrast to the mass manufactured goods from the factories, we place great value on tradition and genuine craftsmanship.
 

Our products are based on old family recipes, handed down for generations, made individually by hand.

We use only the best, natural raw materials from all over the world. Gently roasted hazelnuts from Turkey, almonds from California and held a top secret blend of oriental spices.
 
Our products contain no artificial flavorings and preservatives.
